Almost at the finish line!
Once the au pair and host family have agreed and chosen each other, the final step is to draw up the au pair contract so that the au pair program can be officially established.
After both sides have decided, we need:
The AuPair contract
This represents the final agreement between you and your future AuPair.
Once you give us the green light, we will prepare it and send it to you in multiple copies for your signature.
As a reminder...
At the latest with the signed AuPair contract, we need:
The invitation letter
If you haven't already sent it to your future AuPair.
A scan and two paper copies of the ID cards or passports of both host parents
For ID cards, please include both the front and back.
For passports, please only include the data page.
Both documents must have at least six months of remaining validity.
A scan and two paper copies of a current, extended registration certificate from both host parents
Please note the validity of three months.
The agreement for the pre-financing of travel expenses
If you have decided to do so.
