Your first step is the registration
For that we need:
The Registration form
You can download the form, fill it out on a PC, and send it to us as email or via AuPair-SKY
A Copy of your Passport
A valid passport is the basic requirement for applying for a visa.
Some Pictures of yourself
Please send some pictures to introduce yourself to our host families.
Please no passport pictures, no holiday or party snaps or group puzzle pics (guess who I am)
If you have already taken care of children, pictures of your work with children are very welcome.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible without providing these documents!
If you have difficulty filling out the forms, you can get support.
2. Click the "Open a new ticket" button. This will guide you through the process.
3. Select the "Support with forms" topic.
4. Fill out the information Provide your full name so the agent knows who they are dealing with. State the name of your assigned agent. Many AuPairs have a personal contact, and this makes communication easier. Describe exactly which form it is. Also tell the agent how and when you are best reachable. Whether by eMail, phone, or messenger - this information will help with coordination.
5. Review all the information and submit the HELP ticket.
6. Your assigned agent will contact you as soon as possible. Please be patient; sometimes it may take a while, especially when we receive a large number of requests. If you have further questions or specific points are unclear, don't hesitate to mention them in your ticket. The more precisely you formulate your concerns, the better we can help you.
