Done!!
Most of the paperwork is now done.
Your task now is to maintain contact with your AuPair and provide them with information about his/her new home and "new" family.
We have already provided your AuPair with most of the basic information via our AuPair Cometence Center, but there are certainly many things in your area that only you know and can best convey to your new family member.
To support you, you will find further useful information, forms and templates in the download area for registered host families to help you and your AuPair make the stay as pleasant and constructive as possible.
On call we need from you at short notice:
Proof of health insurance for the au pair stay
Absolutely necessary to obtain the visa.
The flight ticket or reservation confirmation for your AuPair
Required to obtain the visa.
(If takeover agreed)
Proof of travel health insurance
Required to obtain the visa.
(If takeover agreed)
During the visa process, the embassy may request additional documents.
It's unpleasant, but unfortunately we have no influence over it.
