Thank you...
...for your order and the trust
you have placed in us.
The next step will be to prepare your ideal candidate
for a personal interview with you.
Be patient during this step and don't underestimate your candidate's potential shyness or stage fright.
In the meantime, you can start gathering the following documents:
An invitation letter to your AuPair
A template that you are welcome to use is available for you as a registered host family in our download area.
However, we recommend creating a personalized invitation letter.
A scan and two paper copies of the ID cards or passports of both host parents
For ID cards, please include both the front and back.
For passports, please only include the data page.
Both documents must have at least six months of remaining validity.
A scan and two paper copies of a current, extended registration certificate from both host parents
Please note the validity of three months.
We need all of these documents at the latest
when the AuPair contract is signed.
For the first contact with your au pair, you should prepare the following:
A few pictures showing the accommodation and surroundings of your future au pair
Your future au pair is excited and looking forward to seeing the environment in which he/she will live.
If possible, all family members should be present at the first video interview
Getting to know each other in this way is especially important for children in order to build a first relationship with their "big brother" or "big sister".
